Description:
In recognition of colorectal cancer awareness month, AMG is presenting a CME dedicated to CRC screening and supporting our clinicians and team members to improve access and enhance the overall well-being of our communities.
Objectives:
All individuals in control of Content report no relevant financial relationship.
After participation, the learner should be able to:
1. Identify current screening guidelines and options for CRC as well as the rationale for offering options.
2. Describe practice system elements to improve screening and gain an understanding of the CRC screening program at AMG/AHS.
3. Develop a knowledge of how EPIC can facilitate ordering the different screening modalities, provide patient education/reinforce compliance and ensure accurate ordering of screening in the appropriate population.
4. Describe the range of surgical therapies available.
