Description:
An ongoing educational initiative regarding the ACP and CPT code update was established after the AMG Primary Care Council meeting on July 26, 2023. Jeanine Bulan, the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Primary Care and Population Health, recognized the value of granting Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit to all clinicians in anticipation of this initiative.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Review ACP documentation and billing codes
Review strategies on how to provide ACO services
Recognize the difference between 1123F and 1124F CPT codes
Recognize how to access and use Epic tools to meet CMS documentation requirements for 1123F and 1124F CPT codes
