Provided by the Practice Operations Council Subcommittee for Professional Development & Continuing Education, this series of CMEs is designed to align with AMG's mission and vision to support clinicians and their practices.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
1. Describe the role and tasks of the Practice Manager and Managing Physician
2. Review how the Practice manager and Administrator collaborate with and support the Managing Physician
3. Describe how the Administrator and Regional Medical Director collaborate in the practice
4. Gain insight into challenges faced at the practices and areas of opportunity for collaboration of physicians and the practice
management leadership teams
