- Identify examples of best practices for managing chronic pain and mood disorders, including potential alternatives to chronic opioids and benzodiazepines.
- Gain insight into a novel telepharmacy model of care aiming to optimize safe medication use among older adults with cognitive or functional impairments and to support their caregivers in the home setting.
