AV Needs

• Check-in with the AV tech early to learn the presentation controls and flow of your talk (microphone, remote, PowerPoint, Audience Response, videos, etc.). This way you're already prepared before you even get to the podium or enter the virtual learning space.
• As a backup only, it's always a good idea to bring your presentation on a USB drive.
• If you are presenting virtually, please make sure your computer is ethernet cable/wire connected. While connecting to the wifi make work for Zoom meetings with your team, large educations require more bandwidth and your connection is more likely to drop.
