Disclosure of potential financial conflicts of interest

• Dignity Health is required to follow the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Medical Education.
• The standards require all planning team members and faculty/speakers to disclose any relationships with ineligible companies
• An ineligible company is defined as “those whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients.”
