Outpatient Management of Common Geriatric Syndromes (On-Demand)
- identify geriatric syndromes commonly managed in the outpatient setting, including dementia, osteoporosis, polypharmacy and falls.
- formulate management plans for each of these common geriatric syndromes, while considering patient’s preference, overall health and social support.
- recognize risk factors for unsafe driving in older adults.
- provide a comprehensive plan for older adults who are potentially unsafe drivers; including screening, assessment and guidance.
